Agency Disclosures
Most U.S. states require that a real estate licensee deliver a written agency or brokerage-relationship disclosure to prospective buyers and sellers. Below are the official forms and regulator references for every state in which SZ INC. Realty is licensed. These references are provided for convenience — the authoritative version of each form is the one maintained by the issuing state agency, linked below.
Posting these references online does not replace in-person delivery of the required disclosure form at first substantive contact. SZ INC. Realty and its licensees provide each client and customer with the applicable state form at the time required by law.
