Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. This provision does not limit any right you may have to bring a complaint before the real estate regulator of the state in which a property is located.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date above will be updated, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
